5 Months

Dylan turned 5 months old March 26. He is changing and growing so much. He is beginning to talk when we talk to him. He has the sweetest little voice. His bear seems to be shrinking ;-)

But he just loves that bear. He doesn't use it to get to sleep anymore, but it sure was the miracle bear when Dylan was just a few weeks/months old.

He is so much fun. He laughs and plays a lot.

He is:

• wearing 3 -6 months clothes


• wearing size 2 in diapers


• sleeping from 8:15 pm to 7 am


• rolling over on his tummy


• sleeping on his tummy (he will not stay on his back)


• eating five 6 ounce bottles a day, sometimes we get a sixth one in


• eating 1 TBsp of cereal in the morning and 1 TBsp and 1/2 a jar of a vegetable in the evening


• He has had green beans, squash, and peas. The squash upset his tummy and caused terrible reflux. So....it is pushed to the back of the pantry for now.


• He loves his exersaucer and will stay in it for 30 minutes


• He sits in his high chair while we eat dinner and does really good for about 30 minutes, then he wants to move on to better things.


• He loves to lay in the floor on a blanket and play


• He sits up in his Bumbo chair


• He can sit unassisted for about 2 seconds, but he tries to sit up on his own a lot


• He pulls forward when laying in someone's lap to try to sit up


• He reaches for toys and even leans over during his bath and reaches for the small basket of toys on the counter


• Everything goes straight to his mouth


• He loves watching Freckles


• He is drooling a lot more and I think beginning to teeth, but no teeth yet.


• He is everything to us!!!
