Ok so I set a few "New Year's Goals." Well, they are actually happening!!! This is what I have been up to:
Goal 1: Get back in shape--- We work out on the Wii several nights a week. And by "We" I mean both Michael and me!!!! I am more proud of him than I am myself. He has even had low sugar in the middle of the night because of it. Which means, time for the dr to adjust his insulin! I went to a kick boxing class one night last week. It was good but if I am going to continue that I will have to join the Y. Not sure I'm ready for that commitment again.
Goal 2: Read the Bible daily.... Well, I have to be honest on this one. I have not done as well as I wanted to do. Although, we are kicking off our new Sunday school class next Sunday. I know that I will have to study up on the weekly lesson. That will motivate me.
Goal 3: Leave work no later than 4:15! Well, it happens 3 out of 5 days a week. I'm getting much better. This week the two days I stayed over was due to meetings. I love the girls I work with and we meet on a regular basis to discuss new ideas. We are trying to make our lives alot easier. So with that said, I may be very busy for the rest of this school year or at least for the next month or so. But, next year, will be wonderful.
Goal 4: Be more involved at church. FAILED ATTEMPT so far. I have no excuses for myself other than LAZY. I blame it on Michael not getting off work and home until 5:30.
Goal 5: Eating out only once a week. This has been the easiest goal so far. We do not eat out at all Sunday-Thursday. Lately, we have been eating our usual Mexican on Friday nights and lunch out on Saturday. That's it!!! Of course we have eaten out the past two Saturday nights. One of which we were out of town. But last night we stayed home!! We are doing so much better.

4 Sweet Notes:
I am glad to hear you are accomplishing your goals!!
Hooray for meeting goals!
That's so great, Amy!! & YAY for making life easier. :-)
I keep failing on my resolutions. But I have resolved to start over today. LOL! So far, so good. I'm even restarting P90X...Eeeek!
That's awesome!! We are doing the eating at home thing a lot more too. You appreciate eating out more when you realize how much you spend on one meal!! And it makes it easier to be more creative in the kitchen when you have to cook so much more. GL on the bible study, I'm so guilty of that too. I say everyday is going to be the day..
