The green shirt is not maternity, obviously!!! I've been feeling great!!! I'm full of energy and have started cleaning out the room that will be Baby Boy's Nursery. I cleaned and organized my kitchen cabinets to make room for baby stuff. I've had a few cramping like pains in my lower abdomen. The doctor and the "books" say "I'm growing." I've had TERRIBLE heartburn!! Does this mean he will have a head full of hair?
I'm still craving foods that are cold (icecream, yogurt, fruit, etc.). I tried eating pizza again and could only get one slice down. I had to force it down. It tasted so salty to me. Last night, I made myself a banana sandwich. I nearly swallowed it whole. It was the best thing ever!!! I'll be eating more of those! I'm trying to eat many different kinds of food at this stage in my pregnancy. I have read that the baby will taste the variety and be more apt to eat it when he is able to have regular food.
We registered for baby stuff at Babies R Us this weekend. Last week, we registered at Target. Michael was so funny at Target. He looked like he was going to pass out. He did much better at Babies R Us. He picked out all the safety stuff and some other things. He went crazy when he saw the cookie monster stuff. Of course we had to add it to the list. We also picked out and ordered the furniture for the nursery. I can't wait to get it in. I got home and realized it looks a lot like our bed. No wonder I liked it so much.
We have decided on several names that we like but have not officially picked a final name.
